    M&A / Fundraising - Oil & GasA fast-growing Energy Trading Company in London is growing their team and looking for a Corporate Finance specialist


    Responsibilities:

    Raising debt for the business (project finance, structured finance, working capital, equity capital etc).Making acquisitions of companies, or assets to deliver the plan of the business.

    Considerable experience fundraising and working in the M&A space.
    Experience in the Oil & Gas space is preferred.
