Qi Van Systems is a leading UK's leading commercial vehicle conversion company, supporting blue chips companies within the Utility, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering and Telecoms sectors.
To support the growth of the business, we now have a vacancy for a Quality Co-ordinator to manage all aspects of our quality management systems.
- Manage, maintain and improve our ISO Quality Management systems including ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO45001 Health & Safety Management.
- Review and maintain all internal procedures and associated documents.
- Support departmental managers.
- Plan and manage monthly /quarterly meetings relating to the ISO systems.
- Perform planned site audits and manage remedial action and improvements.
- Perform internal audits.
- Review and update all registers including corrective action, assets, calibration, waste and risk etc.
- Review and update COSHH assessments.
- Manage all external audits.
- Maintain gas, electricity and water consumption data.
- Report on business performance using agreed KPIs.
- Manage specific projects including obtaining ISO50001 Energy Management Standard.
Essential Requirements:
- Understanding and experience in managing ISO Quality Systems.
- Worked within a engineering or similar technical business.
- Ability to identify and manage business improvements.
- Experience in internal reporting.
- Experience in managing external audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel...).
Salary dependent on experience.

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
