This is a company that has a marketplace platform that are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to work on their retention campaigns


THE ROLE
As a Senior CRM Manager, your main role will be to support different strategies within the business

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Responsible for looking after the retention lifecycle programs
  • Analysing insights and tailoring specific campaigns to target different groups
  • Able to create automations

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior CRM Manager will have the following skills and experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • HTML experience
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of projects
  • Experience in adobe, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in presenting to stakeholders

THE BENEFITS


The successful Senior CRM Manager will receive a salary of up to £58,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
