- Acquire new business from potential and existing clients in collaboration with the local Head of Institutional Sales
- Develop strong relationships with local sales units and other units within the Group
- Implement the commercial Liquidity Solutions strategy and meet KPIs
- Ensure sales procedures and processes are followed, including client acceptance and activity reporting via CRM systems
- Provide insights to Sales Management on market developments and potential new strategiesROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in business development focused on institutional investors, Asset Management background preferred
- Ability to engage in strategic discussions with clients and prospects at a senior executive level
- Desire and capability to serve a diverse range of clients with various constraints
- Knowledge of Liquidity Solutions strategies, investment processes, trading procedures, and after-sales follow-up
- Strong networking skills
- High commitment, energy, and drive to succeed in a diverse commercial environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to deliver timely solutions to client requests and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Proactive approach to work and seeking improvements
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other departments
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
