    My client is a reputable asset management firm seeking an experienced sales manager to join their Liquidity solutions team. The right candidates must have strong experience in sales and will have a good network of corporate clients. Asset management experience is also essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Acquire new business from potential and existing clients in collaboration with the local Head of Institutional Sales
    • Develop strong relationships with local sales units and other units within the Group
    • Implement the commercial Liquidity Solutions strategy and meet KPIs
    • Ensure sales procedures and processes are followed, including client acceptance and activity reporting via CRM systems
    • Provide insights to Sales Management on market developments and potential new strategiesROLE REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience in business development focused on institutional investors, Asset Management background preferred
    • Ability to engage in strategic discussions with clients and prospects at a senior executive level
    • Desire and capability to serve a diverse range of clients with various constraints
    • Knowledge of Liquidity Solutions strategies, investment processes, trading procedures, and after-sales follow-up
    • Strong networking skills
    • High commitment, energy, and drive to succeed in a diverse commercial environment
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
    • Ability to deliver timely solutions to client requests and manage multiple requests simultaneously
    • Proactive approach to work and seeking improvements
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other departments
    • Proficiency in English, knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
