- Creating control panel layouts and detailed electrical schematics using Eplan Pro Panel.
- Selecting and sourcing electrical components to meet project requirements.
- Participating in PLC and HMI system selection.
- Ensuring all designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Providing technical support and guidance to internal and external teams.
- Integrating control systems seamlessly within machine designs.
- Identifying suitable replacements for obsolete electrical components.
- Working effectively with both AC and DC power systems.
- Hands-on experience in electrical wiring.
- Proven experience using electrical design software (Eplan Pro Panel preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Higher National Certificate (HNC), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or a related field).
- A strong knack for problem-solving and a meticulous eye for detail.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also working independently.
- Experience with international control panel design standards (US, Australia).
- Familiarity with popular PLC hardware and software (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- An understanding of industrial networking systems.

Established leader in processing equipment and solutions for the food processing / packaging manufacturing industry requires a ElectricalDesign Engineer to work closely with the mechanical design, project, and software teams to bring innovative projects to life.

Own transportation is required due to the company location.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus yearly bonus and a standard 40 hours working week (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
