CK Group are recruiting for a Learning Capability Manager to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days per week onsite and the rest home working.
Salary: Up to £339 pd PAYE or £450 pd via Umbrella, dependent upon experience - This role is inside IR35.
Learning Capability Manager Role:
• Drive the Capability engagement and communication across the function to promote learning opportunities
• Curate learning resources aligned to capabilities strategies to provide frequent learning opportunities
• Own the end-to-end learning coordination activities
• Manage the Learning Management System
• Build and manage learning products, such as product delivery, self-serve product design, or co-development with external providers
Your Background:
• Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Any work within the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
• Proven experience managing LMS systems, preferably Cornerstone or similar
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
