    Partnership Assistant (Accounts and Cash Management) 12mth FTC

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Assistant to join our Pensions Administration department in Winchester on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

    Working as part of the Pensions Administration Department you'll be providing administration and secretarial services to the Accounts and Cash Management team to assist in the delivery of an efficient and effective service to LCP clients and their members.

    Updating and maintaining client data held for report and accounts
    Issuing signed accounts to HMRC when required and maintain work log
    Taking ownership for requesting all year end accounts information
    Assisting the cash management team with mandates by obtaining information/signatures when required
    Reviewing cash management checklists and logs for accuracy
    Submitting all team expenses to finance department
    Arranging team days, team social events and room bookings
    What qualities and behaviours should you bring?
    Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to efficiently navigate and utilise advanced features to support daily tasks and projects
