The Commercial Product Manager is vital to the successful delivery of Client Commercial programs.

The Commercial Product Manager is responsible for ensuring overall program goals and milestones are met by leading site based teams for execution of client projects, and coordinating with supply chain to provide Clients with a seamless product supply for their patients.

Role The Commercial Product Manager has accountability for overall delivery of a portfolio of Customer programs for commercial manufacture of pharmaceutical products that encompass API, Drug Product and Packaging.

Manages the Customers' production forecasts in conjunction with supply chain.
Represents the site as "face to the customer". Directly creates and manages the project schedule for all activities related to customer projects. Coordinates the activities and functional group SME's for on time delivery of committed milestones and product supply.
Manages internal and external project escalations aligns relevant stakeholders to drive resolution.

Measures, reports and drives project related KPI's in alignment with the CustomerFacilitates and leads weekly/bi weekly team meetings and quarterly Business Review Meetings with the CustomerCollaborates with Business Development to drive commercial aspects of the program, manages scope change process.

Collaborates with Business Development on price negotiations with CustomerAnalyzes and reports on financial aspects of overall program, works with site finance and Business Development to monitor and mitigate downside risks.

Occasional travel to Customer offices may be required.
