    This is a national adult care provider whose mission is to ensure the well-bring, independence and inclusion of those in their care.

    They provide excellent training and recognized Diplomas and have a Skills for Care endorsement and work with multiple local authorities country wide.

    As a Head of Customer Experience and Safeguarding and reporting to the Service Director, your role will be to continuously develop the Customer Care Management and Safeguarding oversight.

    You will work closely with services users, families, cares and key stakeholders and engage their views to inform quality services.

    Duties include site investigations for more complex complaints and safeguarding issues.

    Support positive outcomes and create action based learning to develop the customer experience journey by providing holistic feedback to enhance learning.

    You will manage 2 small Safeguarding and Customer Care teams and with their support, upskill Managers through coaching to improve how issues are managed.

    You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have thorough knowledge of quality assurance and safeguarding in a social care setting.

    Ideally you will have managed in a social care setting under CQC regulations
