- Assure end to end delivery planning and execution through an optimised agile delivery mechanism to ensure Business achieve desired goals and outcomes across a complex group of tribes and squads
- Manage business readiness across all functions for roll-out and launch of new capabilities and journey enhancements and extensions. Always starting with the customer and creating plans that support and optimise customer and colleague outcomes
- Manage releases within and across your tribe
- Manage resources within tribe
- Ensure delivery teams (squads/tribe) are mobilised and set up for success with OKRs; training; etc. in place and a well-defined system of work
- Ensure the appropriate governance in place
- Ensure delivery KPI Reporting and retrospection to achieve optimization
- Communication: Very strong communicator capable of making an impact, to ensure investment meets current and emerging business and technical needs
- Proven change-agent and demonstrate experience in driving transformations, fostering collaboration, formulating strategy and resolving performance issues is an advantage
- Experience of stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
- Experience delivering outcomes across both a wide stakeholder base and highly matrixed organization
- Experienced working across a wide range of teams and stakeholders to align plans and deliver business outcomes
- Extensive experience in multiple delivery methodologies i.e agile wow, transformation delivery, project/programme management
