We're on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer with electrical skills to join our client in York. We need someone with top-notch technical know-how and serious troubleshooting skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot machinery issues
• Spot potential problems early and fix them before they become big headaches.
• Work together to create and follow preventive maintenance plans.
• Document all maintenance activities and report any concerns to the right people.
• Assist in equipment installation
• Provide technical support

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Current electrical certification.
• Ideally, experience working with machinery in the food or confectionery industry.

What we have to offer:

• Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year.
• Expected hours: 25 per week.
• Day shift, Monday to Friday.
