    Hunter Adams is supporting their international aviation partners who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team of motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic people.

    This is an initial interim role for 3 months with a potential for extension/permanent contract, based in Aberdeen, with a hybrid working pattern, offering a competitive salary and an ideal opportunity to join an international and flexible company full of opportunities.

    About the role:

    The Senior HR Advisor will primarily be focussed on assisting the VP HR in providing an effective HR function to the business which aligns with the objectives of the organisation.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide proactive HR service aligned with Company standards.
    • Support in employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary meetings.
    • Assist in redundancy and internal restructuring situations.
    • Act as main contact for employees at one UK AOC base.
    • Conduct occasional base visits as needed.
    • Lead or participate in HR projects when required.
    • Ensure UK employment compliance.
    • Maintain HR activities per local and group standards.
    • Assist base Line Manager in recruitment cycle coordination.
    • Manage HR databases and maintain accurate records.
    • Conduct onboarding and HR induction; assist other bases/departments as needed.
    • Oversee absence management; assist Managers with individual cases.
    • Perform Drug & Alcohol testing when required.
    • Aid Department Managers in performance management within Company policies.
    • Monitor and improve HR processes for compliance and efficiency.
    • Review and update HR policies to align with Employment Law.

    About you:

    • Bachelors degree in a business or HR discipline (preferable).
    • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
    • Previous experience is essential in a similar role and be able to demonstrate situational scenarios.
    • Good working knowledge of UK / International HR Best Practice.
    • Knowledge of Danish and Dutch laws beneficial
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to manage time and prioritise.
    • Enthusiasm, resilience and have a solutions driven nature.
