    Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling role in care home nursing? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a modern nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care home in the picturesque town of Congleton, Cheshire.

    This role offers an attractive salary of £22.50 per hour, with paid breaks. With full-time night shifts and annual salaries reaching up to £49,140 (based on a 42-hour week), this is an opportunity not to be missed.

    Our client operates a highly respected care home in Congleton, Cheshire. Rated as 'Good' in all areas by the CQC, the home offers a range of modern facilities including multiple restaurants, a hair salon, beautifully decorated bedrooms, and leisure/wellness rooms.     As the Registered Nurse, your role will involve:
    • Providing care for residents, looking after their physical, psychological, and emotional needs.
    • Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.
    • Using your clinical skills and expertise to make critical clinical decisions.
    • Managing and administering medication safely.
    • Developing tailored care plans for each resident.
    Package and Benefits:

    As a Registered Nurse in this role, you can expect:
    • An hourly rate of £22.50 plus paid breaks.
    • Full-time night shifts (8-8).
    • Permanent contracts of 36 or 42 hours per week available on nights.
    • A supportive and luxurious working environment.
    We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), ideally with care home experience. However, if you're passionate about providing high-quality care to the elderly, we'd love to hear from you. You should have good reading, writing and communication skills, and a flexible approach to working shifts. You must be a qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin number and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
