    Technical Product OwnerJob Overview:
    As a Technical Product Owner, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our products.

    You'll collaborate with the Product Management team to enhance and execute our product vision, ensuring that every phase of product development aligns with business goals and delivers high value.

    Your role will focus on managing product aspects comprehensively, including stakeholder interactions, requirement specifications, and issue resolution.


    Responsibilities:


    Oversee all facets of the product lifecycle, from gathering stakeholder feedback and defining requirements to addressing usability and delivery issues.

    Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to accurately define product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
    Analyze user needs and market trends to continuously refine and improve the product.
    Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Keep the product backlog well-prioritized, visible, and clear, ensuring it is transparent to all stakeholders and consistently reflects current priorities.

    Prepare and maintain a sufficient queue of backlog items to keep the team productive.
    Lead backlog refinement and grooming sessions regularly to ensure detailed and well-understood task descriptions.
    Engage in the prioritization and discussion of new bugs and issues as part of effective triage processes.
    Monitor the ROI and business impact of product features, utilizing performance data to inform strategic enhancements and optimizations.


    Qualifications:
    Extensive experience as a Commercial Product Owner, preferably within the financial sector.
    A minimum of 5 years' experience managing successful product deliveries.
    Profound knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    Strong technical proficiency and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Proven track record of delivering client-facing products.


    Preferred:
    Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as PSPO or CSPO.Experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
