I am looking for a Plasterer Multi Trade to work for a housing association in Hertfordshire area. The work is on a temp to perm basis and will be working on the day to day repairs team.

The Plasterer Multi Trade will be responsible for:

• Performing plastering duties internally and externally in properties
• 2nd fix carpentry work
• 2nd fix plumbing
• Finishing work such as tiling and painting

The right Plasterer Multi Trade will need:

• Own van and tools
• Experience working in social housing
• NVQ or equivalent in Plastering

In return the Plasterer Multi Trade will get:

• Between £19 and £21 per hour for first 3 months
• Perm salary of £30,000 per year after first 3 months
• Weekly pay through agency to start (CIS or PAYE)
• Extra performance related bonuses when perm
• Van and fuel card when permanent
