In 2023, they unveiled plans for a move to 'The Shire Way Centre' in what is a "really transformative and exciting time" for the charity and the local community.

They are now seeking a new role of Head of Operations to report to the CEO to move to be based at the new facility once it opens. The role will be to manage and oversee the day-too-day delivery of the Day facility and service provision, providing a practice leadership model to the team ensuring that the needs of their members are always at the centre of all they do.
