- Providing insurance law advice to claims handlers in respect of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Developing analyses, litigation and settlement strategies, and managing claims-related litigation.
- Advising regulatory and claims vendor contracting matters.
- Providing comprehensive legal advice and training to internal stakeholders, including claims.
- Working across a wide variety of Jusrisdictions.
- must have a degree with high academic achievement and be a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales or a UK barrister.
- Track record of insurance coverage experience, including coverage litigation, arbitration and mediation at a top law firm.
- Proficency in another European Language is preferred but not essential.
