About us:

Located at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, we serve the families of Halton, Wendover and the surrounding areas.

Community is very important to us and when you join Halton, you become an important part of a very unique, friendly and supportive family of people.

We excel at seeing the potential in all children and then working with them to reach that potential.

We have high expectations of each other and the children, which is reflected in the progress that children make in their time here.

Whilst not all of the children who attend our Pre-school will join our Reception class, we ensure that the Pre-school children are integrated as part of our Halton family.

We deliver a very rich and broad curriculum, which aims to not only teach the children knowledge and skills, but which also fosters a love of learning that encourages the children to be proactive in their own education.

Our ultimate aim is, during their time at Halton, that the children leave having 'found their voice'.

Whether they have been with us for 7 years or 7 months, it is important to us that the children can verbalise their thinking, share their ideas, confidently ask for help if they need it and also present to other people.

Some of our pupils take this even further and develop a passion for performing, singing and public speaking.

Whilst not everyone will wish to perform, we hope that every child leaves our school with confidence, enthusiasm and the ability to speak out.

Enjoy looking through our website and I look forward to welcoming you very soon.
