Marketing Executive - Loudwater

Office based role (2 days per week WFH after probation)

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 09.There is early finish on a Friday and you'll be working in a really friendly, creative Marketing team based in an open plan office.

*Do you have at least 1 year's Marketing experience, covering a broad range of initiatives to include print, social media marketing and other avenues?

*Working with the Marketing Team, the Marketing Executive will support the creation and implementation of the company's integrated campaigns promoting both the brand and products. The Marketing Executive will also assist with key marketing projects with responsibility for social media, customer insights, and website updates.

This role would suit a candidate looking for an entry level position in marketing, with a good understanding of how brand and customer insight contribute to effective marketing activity and you'll be working for a rapidly growing SME in the creative arts industry

You'll be joining a busy, fast-paced fun company and working within a team of 5 consisting of the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and two Graphic Designers.

You'll be helping to really bring the brand to life So a passion for Marketing and desire to learn and enhance your skills is a must

Driving customer awareness, consideration and preference though engaging social media and email marketing campaigns

• Communicating effectively with target audiences to deliver customer enquiries and new enrolments in line with business and marketing objectives
• Supporting with the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including (but not limited to) booking media with external agencies, including print, out of home (OOH) and radio
• Working with the in-house design team to create innovative marketing and internal communication materials
• Writing and proofreading copy for both print and digital activity, including updates to the company website
• Producing creative content, including social media posts, video and blogs for sites such as Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Supporting internal staff members & associates with ad-hoc marketing requests
• Attending company events to create compelling content for marketing communications
• Working with the Marketing Team to research, collect and analyse customer insights and marketing activity metrics, reporting accurately on data
• Maintaining & updating business systems & reports to track and monitor marketing activity
• Supporting the business by attending training, conferences, launches and other events

1 years' plus experience in a similar Marketing role OR a marketing qualification

• A real passion for marketing
• Ability to self-manage on projects and initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft programmes (training can be given)
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and social media metrics (training can be given)
