Our client is a growing Directly Authorised Mortgage & Protection brokerage based in London & Kent, providing exceptional service to clients across the south.

Due to their expanding business, they require an additional Mortgage and Protection Adviser to maintain their high levels of service to both clients and the professionals they work with.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Mortgage and Protection Adviser to work on a self-employed basis, servicing leads that they have generated through their numerous lead sources.

They will offer 20 good leads and you will also be expected to generate your own business, but with the vast support of their marketing and admin teams, allowing you to be a successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser.

In return for this Mortgage and Protection Adviser position you will receive:

Commission splits between 50%-80% (Depending on the source of the lead)

- £50,000 - £100,000 OTE

Full admin and business development support
20 strong leads every month.
Work from home (Occasional visit to their office in Welling)
Ongoing support from the company.

Requirements for the role of Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

CeMap or other industry-recognised qualification.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to demonstrate excellence in your field.
Proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.
Outstanding levels of customer service
Proven customer relationship management experience
Selfmotivation to seek out new opportunities.
Attention to detail.
