An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and flourishing Financial Services business based in Broadstone.
This is a genuinely rare opening for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has attained CeMAP or equivalent, to take part in structured training up to achieving CAS status, and to forge a career as a Mortgage Adviser.
As part of the development programme,you'll get the support and development you need to build your experience and to achieve Competent Adviser Status (CAS) for Mortgages and Protection.
As a qualified Mortgage Advisor, you will be providing customers a full advice and recommendation service for their mortgages service in accordance with their values, scope of regulatory, and compliance requirements whilst maintaining excellent customersatisfaction.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Dealing with new leads, from online enquiries/leadgeneration sites or existing customers enquiring about mortgages and other business opportunities and actively manage and track enquiries
- Project a professional image to your customers and colleagues
- Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the mortgage products, underwriting, affordability requirements and all other products offered
- Understand what Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) means and embed this fully within your work
- Attend events to promote products and services, as necessary
- Be proactive to engage introducers and new business sources where possible
- As your learning progresses you will have opportunity to increase the amount of contact you have with clients, over the telephone, face to face and out in the field.
Skills And Experience:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- CeMap or equivalent qualification
- Mortgage or Sales/Advice experience within the Financial Services Sector
- An awareness of the property/financial marketplace
- A strong customer service background
- Commitment to achieving a successful career in mortgage advice
- The ability to build meaningful working relationships at all levels
- Problem solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
- Excellent IT skills
