- Provide a high standard of clinical care to elderly patients
- Take responsibility for the management of patients within the frailty ward
- Attend ward rounds, clinics, and meetings as required
- Participate in the on-call rota as necessary
- Undertake administrative and clinical duties as required
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and guidelines
- Contribute to the education and training of junior doctors, medical students, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- GMC registration
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Excellent clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Good communication skills

Job Title: Geriatric Consultant Locum
Location: South East of England
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Locum Doctor to join the Geriatric team of 8 colleagues in delivering high-standard medical care to our patients and develop further the specialty to accommodate emerging healthcare needs of our patients.
This is a locum position for an initial period of 6 months, and the job plan has been created to contain a total of 10 PAs, 8.5 clinical programmed activities (CPA) and 1.5 SPA (supporting programmed activities) sessions. SPAs will include audit and clinical governance, teaching, appraisals, revalidation, CPD and research.
