    Job Title: Senior Account Manager – Marketing, Celebrity and Influencer Partnerships

    Location: Preferably London based, but remote working – on occasion there will be a need to attend meetings in person.

    Job Description: You will work with our brand clients to understand their needs and objectives, and directly work with the CEO to strategically match them with the most suitable talent or partners to amplify their brand messaging and reach.

    Developing brand strategies, campaign plans, pitch presentations, and influencer recruitment will be a regular task. Working in a bespoke organization, you will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, from handling administrative tasks to spearheading exciting partnership activations.

    The person should possess outstanding Account and Project Management skills, Client Service skills and ideally have experience in Social Media Marketing. Dedication to facilitating smooth connections between our clients, influencers and their agents is a must.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Working closely with our clients to understand their brand goals and marketing objectives.

    Collaboratively developing marketing strategies and campaign plans (with the CEO and our partners) and developing client presentations independently.

    Playing a lead role in the management of clients and in account administration, including:

    • In communication, by leading status calls & client check ins.
    • In coordination through effective project timeline development.
    • In the definition and management of key campaign documents for clients, i.e. result trackers, wrap reports and status reports.

    Effective execution of marketing strategies that leverage talent and celebrity partnerships to achieve client

    objectives, including:

    • Researching and identifying relevant influencer and celebrities whose personal brand aligns with the client's

    brand values and objectives.

    • Working with the CEO on partnership agreements for relevant influencers.
    • Coordinating with external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
    • Oversee partnership activations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers for the influencer partnerships.
    • Monitoring campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients, offering strategic recommendations for optimization.

    Collaboratively work with CEO to develop plans for new business development.

    During pitches, supporting in all stages of the process from strategy to ideation.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging talent, and cultural shifts to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in account management, marketing, or partnerships.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional project management abilities, organised, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of identifying innovative partnership opportunities that resonate with target audiences.
    • Out of the box thinking, proactive and personable.
    • Comfortable working within a small organization, being flexible enough to adjust to changing roles and handle tasks spanning from administrative duties to more stimulating ones.
    • Ideally worked on celebrity talent or influencer collaborations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
    • Passion for pop culture, entertainment, and celebrity trends.

    Nice to have:

    • Social media experience in content development, community management & reporting.
    • Input in the development of partnership agreements.
    • Competent in finance / budget management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field but not a must.
