Hours of work 37.5hours per week (hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of thebusiness, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will workthose hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).

The role

Overview

To provide all PA services to the CEO and Board of Directorsof Age Partnership. Improve communication within the business and help drivethe culture of colleague engagement and outstanding customer service.


This role is ideal for a highly organised, pro-active andambitious individual, looking to grow their skills and experience workingclosely with our CEO.

Key outputs

= Diary Management for the CEO and Board ofDirectors to prioritise and co-ordinate appointments.

= Arrangement of meetings including; circulationof any necessary papers, booking and setting up of meeting rooms and sendingrequired invitations.

= Agree and distribute meeting agendas toattendees in good time.

= Ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for anymeetings.

= Attend meetings taking minutes and following upon actions ensuring all completed or escalated.

= Provision of hospitality to visitors.

= Handling of sensitive and confidential businessinformation.

= Booking all travel as required, including thearrangement of all travel to and from venues and co-ordinating full itinerarys.

= Screening of all external calls and enquires tothe Board of Directors and handle them appropriately.

= Organise, interpret and prepare high qualityreports and presentations for meetings and board reports.

= Organising and maintaining filing systems.

= Arrangement of company events.

= Support on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

= Assist in driving culture through colleagueengagement and communication.

= Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by thebusiness.

Overview


A highly professional and conscientious individual withstrong interpersonal skills who demonstrates a hands on, proactive, flexibleand organised approach to all elements of work.

Adaptable to business needs with the ability to work withall colleagues at all levels. The individual will be discreet and have theability to handle confidential information appropriately.


This role is to work independently whilst supporting our CEOand Board of Directors in multiple tasks, managing time efficiently andensuring a high attention to detail.

Skills & knowledge

Essential

= Previous PA experience at board level isessential.

= Microsoft office expertise in particular Word,Excel and PowerPoint.

= Demonstrates a high level of discretion andconfidentiality.

= Highly ambitious and pro-active.

= Ability to adapt to different working styles.

= Highly accurate and reliable.

= Ability to communicate at all levels bothinternally and externally.


Qualifications:

General education

= Good standard of GCSEs and A levels (orequivalent).
