Our Client


We are currently representing a well-known Interior Design studio that specialises in providing industry-leading services to a diverse client portfolio, encompassing both commercial and residential projects.


About the Role


As a Financial Administrator you will be responsibile for overseeing various finance and operations on Interior Design projects including the allocation of resources.

budgets and purchasing. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate internally with various departments to ensure reconcilliation across all projects.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to lead project analysis
  • Regularly reconcile past and ongoing projects, collaborating with Project Managers and Designers
  • Raise monthly invoices and monitor bank activities
  • Manage bank payments
  • Assist the Financial Controller with monthly cashflow and forecasting
  • Assist with the creation of contracts for new business
  • Manage resource budgets and collaborate with Senior Designers and Project Managers to maximise budgets
  • Monitor and distribute design hours in coordination with Project Managers to ensure the targets are met and the optimisation of budgets
  • Over see FF&E process from quotes, sales orders and invoicing
  • Review and sign off on quotes to ensure accuracy
  • 3 years of experience within a similar position
  • Experience working within a Interior Design organisation is essential
  • Strong analystical and problem solving skills
  • Accounting/Finance qualification required
  • Experience with VAT
