We are currently recruiting for a global leading Consultancy, for the role of
Senior Service Designer.

It's an exciting opportunity to work for a recognised leader that's constantly holding technology at the forefront of everything, working with some of the world's biggest brands designing and delivering products andservices to attract and engage customers and employees alike.


What you'll be doing:


  • Provide the necessary critique to map journeys, flows and interactions
  • Play a supporting role in client workshops to drive alignment, clarity, and a shared understanding
  • Engage and understand complex regulatory frameworks
  • Mentoring and guiding junior & midlevel designers

Main Skills/ Requirements:


  • A portfolio presenting a few case studies, covering key stages of the service design lifecycle


  • GDS knowledge

  • Ideally background in the public sector
  • Strong stakeholder management up to senior exec level
