Invoice Clerk

Salary:
£20,000-£22,000 DOE

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
We have a new opportunity to join our
Eastleigh Preparation Centre as an
Invoice Clerk

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Motivated and be able to work under pressure
  • Be organised
  • Have a Full UK Driving Licence preferred

What you will be doing:


  • Ensure all costs are recharged by generating timely invoices and documentation both internally and externally
  • End of day reporting
  • Achieve set targets both overall business targets and individual targets set by your line manager
  • Behave in a professional manner at all times, especially when in the presence of customers and or guests
