This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, has a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Property Manager to join the vibrant team in Cambridge.


The role of Property Manager is critical in providing a smooth letting / renting journey for landlords and tenants, ensuring they receive effective; customer focussed property management service during their tenancy.

The team strives to provide exceptional customer service for landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Whilst no two days are ever the same; what remains consistent is always the need for thorough and proactive communication.


Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Day to day property maintenance issues including utility bills
  • Planned maintenance
  • Invoice management and processing
  • Reporting to landlord and tenant
  • Organisation of safety certification and remedial works
  • Negotiation and distribution of the deposit
  • Carrying out property visits before and for the duration of the tenancy
  • Ensuring all management systems are kept up to date and maintained
  • Complying with all current legislation affecting the business including Health & Safety
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Personal specification:

  • A minimum of 1 years' property management experience, ideally within a corporate agency
  • Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
  • Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
  • Have an ability to multitask
  • To have a strong service "ethic"
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Happy to take the initiative
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Must have own car and be able to travel to properties and neighbouring offices.
The salary on offer for this role will be between £28,000 and £30,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
