This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to receive on-the-job training with a clear path for professional growth within a rapidly expanding IT team.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the IT manager to oversee ICT Systems and hardware management, while also assisting with project deliveries in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of Office 365 (including Microsoft Teams), expertise in high-level Excel functions, proficiency in telephony systems, and advanced Macro & Visual Basic programming skills.

This position offers a great opportunity for individuals with a proactive mindset to join a dynamic and fast-growing IT team in a brand new office setting.

• Assist the Management Team in developing and delivering accurate management reports via our ICT software.
• Support in developing and updating the Company's ICT policies, risk strategy, and staff training requirements.
• Troubleshoot network, printer, desktop, laptop, and infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor the network to ensure hardware is fault-free, supplies are maintained, and issues are resolved promptly.
• Demonstrate expertise in various software programs, such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and telephony systems.
• Knowledge or exposure to SQL, VB, C#, Cloud Platforms, or Database Services.
• Drive improvements in the quality of SQL databases.
