A reputable, modern law firm is currently looking for a Senior Residential Solicitor to join the Conveyancing department and help support junior members of the team.

The firm prides themselves on their consistent, honest and forward-thinking values and hasa very exciting few months coming up.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Reporting to Directors
Bringing in new work
Fee earning and handling your own caseload
Supervising junior members of staff and signing off work

You will have:

Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (desirable, not essential)
Experience of handling a caseload of standard residential transactions
Business development experience
Managerial experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong working relationships
Excellent organisational skills
