Are you a passionate and experienced Senior MI & Reporting Manager looking for a new challenge?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join a leading international company as part of their expanding MI and Data Science team.

This role is based in Glasgow and does come with flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• You will play a crucial role in leading the redesign of processes and the delivery of MI.
• Be responsible for building and maintaining accurate and accessible reporting for the business.
• Work with a diverse range of clients and lead a team responsible for consolidating data sources and displaying them on MS Power BI.
• Tasked with analysing customer and staff behaviour to improve the overall customer experience and drive business decision making.
• Prioritise and manage the activities of the MI and Data Science team
• Create powerful and simple-to-use dashboards, and work with the Technology team to implement a modern data infrastructure.

Required skills:

• Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, DAX
• Experience with Python/R would be an advantage.
• Experience with Data in the Cloud
• Able to present effectively at board level
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team,
• A passion for designing creative and innovative solutions MI & reporting solutions
