    Executive Compensation Strategy Lead £80-100,000 plus benefits- London

    Our client, a global well-known brand, is currently looking to recruit an Executive Reward Lead into their dynamic team. As part of the Reward & HR Infrastructure Leadership Team, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge executive compensation policies and processes globally.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Craft innovative compensation packages for senior roles and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.

    Ensure adherence to legal and governance standards in executive compensation and share plans.

    Drive strategy aligned with organisational objectives and market competitiveness.

    Oversee the Remuneration Committee and annual pay review processes from start to finish.

    Optimise incentive programs and long-term incentive plans to maximise performance.

    Stay informed about regulatory changes and manage executive reward costs efficiently.

    Lead initiatives related to pensions, benefits, global mobility, and diversity.
