We have fantastic and rare opportunity for an Automation Consultant to join our Improvement & Automation Division. This is an exciting opportunity to have exposure to all our central operations.

You will collaborate closely with end users to senior decision makers and support our partnerships ability to innovate using market leading Technology.

You will engage with business areas to analyse and comprehend business processes, finding opportunities for automation and designing solutions using technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and guided electronic forms to enhance operational efficiency and productivity

Key Responsibilities of the Job:


  • Engage with key collaborators to understand their business needs, goals and challenges to resolve can be supported through automation.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate automation capability and technologies to ensure solutions are optimal and exploit the digital workers
  • Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of automation solutions, considering factors such as cost, benefits and potential risks
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify automation opportunities, considering Systems Thinking and Lean methodologies to reengineer before automating and provide creative thinking to find the right solutions
  • Supervise the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring successful integration into existing systems and processes
  • Offer guidance on standard methodologies in automation, drawing from experience and industry standards to optimise processes
  • Deliver training to endtoend users and ensure the creation of comprehensive documentation to facilitate smooth adoption
  • Monitor and optimise automation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy and overall performance
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the impact of automation on business processes and demonstrate the value delivered
  • Complete product owner responsibilities that revolve around defining, prioritising and delivering a successful product

Special Requirements:


  • Advanced knowledge of Robotic Process Automation, ideally with Automation Anywhere but similar software providers such as UI path or Blue Prism is acceptable
  • Advanced knowledge of all automation tactics and techniques such as Power Platform, Chatbot, NLP, AI and Machine Learning
