The main duties of the job will include:

  • Selling new build properties
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish
  • Marketing properties online
  • Contacting potential buyers to arrange viewings
  • Hosting site viewings
  • Attending networking events
  • Generating and following up on preexisting leads.
  • Engaging with overseas and UK clients and qualifying them

The key skills required for the job include:

  • New homes sales experience is ideal but not required
  • Property knowledge
  • Money motivated
  • Determined
  • Be computer literate and able to learn systems quickly
  • Be able to work on their own initiative
  • Great customer service skills
  • Confident and eager
