The main duties of the job will include:
- Selling new build properties
- Managing the sales process from start to finish
- Marketing properties online
- Contacting potential buyers to arrange viewings
- Hosting site viewings
- Attending networking events
- Generating and following up on preexisting leads.
- Engaging with overseas and UK clients and qualifying them
The key skills required for the job include:
- New homes sales experience is ideal but not required
- Property knowledge
- Money motivated
- Determined
- Be computer literate and able to learn systems quickly
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Great customer service skills
- Confident and eager
