    Description

    Ashton Recruitment require a Reception Administrator for our client based in Belfast.

    Position: Reception Administrator (Immediate Start)

    Location: Belfast

    Duration: Temporary

    Rate of Pay: £23,071 per annum (under review)

    Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 35 Hours per week

    Duties include (but not limited to):

    • Reception duties, to include answering telephone, meet/greet guests, monitoring general email boxes and dealing with as applicable, recording incoming/outgoing post, photocopying.
    • Setting up for meetings (might include attending and taking minutes but not a definite duty)
    • Some finance tasks for eg raising orders, entering invoices to Sage (training can be provided if not familiar with Sage)
    • Assisting with the arrangements of events to include travel etc

    Essential Criteria:

    • Possessing a warm and welcoming phone demeanor coupled with attentive listening abilities.
    • Proficient in accurately relaying messages to the relevant team members.
    • Welcoming clients upon office arrival, whether by scheduled appointments or walk-ins.
    • Consistently projecting a professional yet approachable company image through demeanor and appearance.
    • Demonstrating keen attention to detail for precise note-taking and administrative duties.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Prior experience in Receptionist or Administrative capacities is advantageous.
