You'll report into the Head of Buying & Merchandising and be responsible for the successful execution of a seasonal range that delivers our brand vision, sales and margin across all channels.

This role will cover all product categories (Boys, Girls and Baby) and lead critical path management. Contribute to the brand strategy – working closely with the Designers & Merchandisers to build a commercial range that is reflective of A&R handwriting

• Consideration of strategic initiatives, growth drivers and sales trends in reaction to trade performance
• Ownership of the critical path and overseeing the in country in sourcing office
• Work collaboratively with the Design, Merchandising and Commercial teams to drive product strategy.

Experience of planning and developing product with Merchandisers and Designers.
Highly organised, self-motivated, flexible approach to managing high workload & ad-hoc tasks
