- the organisation meets their requirements under current regulation relating to Health and Safety legislation
- as the Estates Lead you will ensure that compliance, Health and Safety and service delivery are at a high standard
- the overall Estates & Facilities budget, delegating budgets to individual team leads, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services
- management of the housekeeping, catering and maintenance managers to include recruitment, personal development and training
- NEBOSH Qualification
