Job Role - Assistant Brand Manager

Duties - Assistant Brand Manager

  • Support the Senior Business Manager on a daytoday basis working on key initiatives and strengthening crossfunctional relationships to drive company growth
  • Taking a lead role on key areas of the portfolio; including brand ownership.
  • Monitoring performance, developing actions plans and leading key projects through the Gate process
  • Assist in the development of retail ready plans to deliver Category growth and present to key Customers
  • Ownership, management and maintenance of brand websites ensuring they are uptodate and correct
  • Creation and ownership of monthly performance tracking dashboard of key internal and external brand and innovation performance to feed into monthly CBT performance presentations.
  • Monitor, analyse & report on external performance and competitor activity to identify challenges and opportunities working closely with the Sales & Commercial planning teams.
  • Ownership of P&L monthly reporting on P&L position to the business
  • Manage consumer marketing spend and budget, including planning, monthly reporting and purchase order administration.
  • Support Brand Team on activity such as shopper marketing, sampling & digital activation, PR programs, coordinating brand communication materials such as instore POS, website & images for external customers
  • Responsible for working with commercial sales teams on supply of samples for new listings and innovation. Work with team to ensure full supply of samples available and coordination and execution of all sample requests.
Experience/Qualifications - Assistant Brand Manager

  • Marketing experience with FMCG sector
  • Commercial skills, performing data analysis and P&L Management
