    The Oracle NetSuite Business Development Representative (BDR) Role

    The BDR role provides a hands-on experience, sourcing and qualifying leads while building product knowledge and developing fundamental sales skills. We are looking to hire our next superstar sales representative to help us continue to accelerate our YoY growth through revenue generation. Within this role, you will get the best of both worlds – training and autonomy.   • Minimum Qualifications

  • Native level of (INSERT LANGUAGE) + fluency in English (additional languages advantageous)
  • BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance or Economics
  • Minimum 12 months of professional sales experience involving researching, prospecting, cold-calling and consistent achievement of quota attainment
  • Adaptable, resilient, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills

    Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand existing customer needs, personas, processes, projects and requirements in order to ascertain potential solutions.
  • Perform outbound customer growth prospecting through cold-calling, emails and social media to generate high quality, BANT qualified leads that can be promoted to Account Managers.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Oracle Netsuite solutions and our value proposition so that you can speak around value and return on investment vs technical functionalities.
  • Maintain a high volume of tailored, strategic, multi-channel outreach for your accounts.
  • Confidently interact with and influence key personnel up to and including Executives at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the Account Managers that you support.
  • Prioritise your time and accounts effectively to ensure success
