Our client is a high quality firm of property agents with an excellent reputation within the industry.

They are currently seeking an experienced property sales negotiator to fill a full time role within their busy Crediton office with on target earningsup to £28,000 per annum.


Skills required for the role:

  • Some sales or estate agency experience.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiating skills
  • Word/Excel/Powerpoint literate
  • In house systems to be trained on arrival
  • Scanning/digital photography
  • Car driver and own car


You will be spending time out of the office carrying out viewings on residential sales properties so you would need your own car.

This is an exciting and varied role dealing with properties in all levels of the market.

They are seeking someone to work Monday - Fridays pm and Saturdays one in four 9-1pm. Highly competitive salary of £20-22,000 basic salary and £26-28,000 on target earnings per annum plus mileage.
