- Excellent keyboard / typing skills, Audio skills are desirable but not essential.
- Professional telephone manner and a good communicator at all levels
- Good organisation, planning and prioritising skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Previous experience is a similar role
- General secretarial, administration and reception support to the department
- Attending meetings , on occasion taking notes / minutes
- Typing letters, reports and general correspondence
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with questions and enquiries
