Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements and company policyConduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety measures into various processes and projects
Organise and deliver training programs to educate employees on safe working practices and emergency procedures
Stay up-to-date with relevant health and safety regulations and industry trends to continuously improve our safety practices
Proven experience in health and safety management within FMCG and manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSMA, ISO 14001 and 45001, RIDDOR reports) and workplace safety regulations
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to safety-related challenges
Ability to occasionally travel to other company sites
Certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH) is highly desirable
