    Production Operative

    Pay Rate: £11.72 Per Hour

    Shift times: 6:00 – 16:30 Monday – Friday

    Absolute industrial recruitment are currently recruiting for a role working in a manufacturing environment, as a production /packer operative will be using a range of equipment to support processes. The employee is to prepare goods before and after the production process.

    Role:

    • Working on machinery
    • Using hand tools
    • Picking and packing duties
    • Assembly
    • General Housekeeping duties
    • Manage workload efficiently.
    Person Specifications:
    • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
    • Ensure production demands and customer requirements are met.
    • Ability to use your own initiative.
    • Good communications skills
    • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
