    Duty Manager - Maintenance

    96 Shenley Road & Threeways Community Centre

    Full Time (39 hours per week)

    Salary Circa 25,552.80 p/a p/h)

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to working with an enthusiastic and friendly team at 96 Shenley Road & Threeways Community Centre. This role will focus on maintenance across the sites.

    Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the maintenance / repairs / servicing on all plant, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
  • Ensuring all health and safety legislation requirements are met within the facilities.
  • Liaising with contractors over planned preventative maintenance.
  • To be the Duty Technician for events dealing with all technical requirements What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience of the maintenance of buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings
  • To be able to write a specification for work to be conducted by contractors and to organise and oversee these at work.
  • To have a knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
