- Managing the maintenance / repairs / servicing on all plant, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
- Ensuring all health and safety legislation requirements are met within the facilities.
- Liaising with contractors over planned preventative maintenance.
- To be the Duty Technician for events dealing with all technical requirements What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of the maintenance of buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings
- To be able to write a specification for work to be conducted by contractors and to organise and oversee these at work.
- To have a knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
