Alecto is working on a superb opportunity for our client within the Fire & Security market.

They are a long established integrator of CCTV, Access control, Intruder alarms & Fire alarms within the commercial, industrial & residential sectors.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the fire and security industry.

This individual will focus on building relationships with new and existing clients, as well as identifyingand pursuing new business opportunities.

This role requires a high level of strategic thinking and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire and security industry
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products/services
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure successful project execution
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments
Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics as set by management

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the fire and security industry
Strong knowledge of the fire and security industry, including regulations and best practices
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
Great knowledge and experience of service & maintenance contract sales is a must

£30,000 - £35,000 (£55,000 - £60,000 OTE):
