Introduction:

We are proud to be recruiting for an Employability Coach, this is a contract position based in Birmingham.

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Coach that will actively involve in activities related to employability and enterprise skillssupport, ensuring that the project objectives are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Employability Coach, you will be responsible for:

Managing caseloads of individuals who are either seeking employment, training opportunities, or planning to start a business
Providing information, advice and guidance to participants to enhance their employment skills
Organising and supporting workshops and events related to employability and entrepreneurship
Network internally and externally to attract potential participants for the PEF project, and maintain fruitful relationships with referral partners and other relevant stakeholders
Registering participants, ensuring that they meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the requirements
Identifying any support needs of the participants and direct them to relevant interventions as needed
Recording participants' progress on the Customer Record Management (CRM) system
Meeting the projectspecific Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets

Experience and Skills:

As an Employability Coach, you will need the following to be successful:

An IAG qualification at level
Experience in providing information, advice and guidance, mentoring, coaching etc
Knowledge of local support services, jobs and trainings providers
Ability to reach and exceed targets
Excellent communications skills
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
