Salary:
£26,666-£30,000 dependent on experience

Permanent, 35 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for an Gas Contract Administrator to join our Property Services department.
This role is tasked with carrying out all administrative duties in support of the Domestic Gas Service and Maintenance Contracts and Gas Boiler Replacement Contracts, to ensure 100% Gas Compliancy is achieved and/or maintained and the annual Gas Boiler Replacement programme is delivered in full whilst making sure that all KPI's and regulatory requirements are achieved and/or exceeded.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to all resident calls and/or requests for assistance or information.
- Raise all Works Orders as required.
- Arrange access for Contractors, Consultants and Surveyors where necessary, in liaison with tenants and other Operations Directorate departments.
- Liaise and work with the Contractor(s), Consultants, and all other Operations Directorate departments to ensure all works, including all VOID works, are completed in accordance with current A2Dominion Policies, Procedures and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulation 199
- Manage the Gas Compliancy Spreadsheets ensuring they are updated in accordance with current Procedures.
- Mange the compliancy via the new compliance System True Compliance once system is live, these will replace the spreadsheets.
- To Carry out the duties of a Gas Contract Administrator in respect of the Gas Boiler Replacement Contract
More about you
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English (Grades A
- C)
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) for tasks like reporting, diary management, mail merges for example
- Experience of producing reports and stats from spread sheet
- Experience of working to deadlines
