    The Role

    Job Title: Night Support Worker

    Hours: 38.5 hours per week

    Shift Pattern: 3 nights on, 3 nights off

    If you're enthusiastic about assisting individuals facing contemporary challenges, this role could be a perfect fit for you. We are seeking a night owl with exceptional communication skills to join our young people's 24-hour accommodation service. The ideal candidate will have a strong people-focus, along with innovative and creative approaches to working with young individuals.

    This role involves supporting individuals in achieving their goals, organizing evening activities, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring building safety, managing incidents, and prioritizing the well-being of the young people throughout the night.
