Key responsibilities

  • You will be dealing with inbound enquiries and outbound calls to prospects at various stages of the customer journey.

Daily duties will include:

  • Taking part in and contributing to regular team meetings to generate new ideas and generate team success.
  • Inputting accurate details of customer conversations and agreements.
  • Preparing our sales team by transferring well qualified enquiries.
  • Connecting all departments to the customer for a seamless experience.
  • Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service.
  • Engaging with prospects and update sales team on buying phase.
  • Reminding customers of appointments and relevant offers.
  • Reengagement with customers who didn't purchase
  • Share feedback with managers to aid continual improvement.
