The difference you will make as a Treasury Property Administator To provide support and assistance to the Treasury Property team in delivering the Treasury Property strategy. You will contribute towards the successful delivery of property related tasks and ongoing management of the Group's property position for loan security purposes and to ensure the asset portfolio is relevant and accurate to facilitate all Treasury transactions. About you We are looking for someone with:
    • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, work on own initiative and deliver to tight deadlines.
    • Analytical background or evidence of spreadsheet analysis and interpretation.
    • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
    • Strong Excel and Word skills.
    • Ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and consultants/ advisers.

Role Profile
    • Maintain and update Treasury's various property records to be used by Treasury and any other departments within the Group, ensuring errors are identified and reporting on any differences. Seeking to resolve/rectify/escalate issues with support and guidance from the Officer's and TPM.
    • Assist with concil property information on a periodic basis, for input in to monthly/quarterly/funder reporting requirements. Identifying and reporting on any differences, seeking to resolve issues with guidance from the Officer's and TPM.
    • Supporting the Treasury Securitisation Officer with property releases/discharges from the group's lenders in relation to the charged property (e.g. Resales, Lease Extensions, Staircasing, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire.) and updating relevant schedules and reports
    • Maintain property data
    • Assisting the Treasury Property Manager (TPM) and Treasury Property Officer with collating information for funding valuations
    • Assisting the Group Securitisation Manager and Treasury Securitisation Officer with collating and reconciling property lists in relation to charging exercises
    • Supporting the Treasury Securitisation Officer with Group property disposals and Lender releases
    • Raising Purchase Orders and monitoring of invoice payments for the team
    • Assisting the Treasury Property Officer with property data reconciliation
    • Providing general support to all members of the team as and when required.

    Person specification Knowledge, Skills and Experience
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to dealing with complex problems.
    • Trustworthy and confidential.
    • Finance or Treasury knowledge or some awareness of wider property law.
    Desirable
    • Previous experience working in the social housing sector.
    • Awareness and knowledge of property charging / securitisation process.
    • Working knowledge of land registry forms - interpretation and retrieval.
    • Treasury knowledge, some awareness of wider property law.
